Ruffino
Ruby red with garnet hues. A very classic Chianti Classico bouquet with notes of violets, cherries, plums, and inviting spicy sensations. It is elegant and lush, inviting yet subtle, featuring all the distinctive characters of a great Chianti Classico. Full bodied, with a generous, fruity core, where the notes of cherries and small berry fruits intertwine with sensations of Mediterranean herbs, such as rosemary and thyme, and hints of oak. The alcohol is well-integrated in the structure and the tannins are impressive, yet round and soft. The aftertaste is very long and reminiscent of violets, nutmeg, plums, and sweet tobacco.
Wine Enthusiast
There’s a very plush and velvety quality to this wine that is enhanced by aromas of red berry, pipe tobacco, natural rubber and exotic spice. The wine has a ripe, fruit-forward personality and a smooth, velvety finish that is broad, powerful and long lasting. Large percentages of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon back the Sangiovese.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
