Baron La Rose
The Baron La Rose blend is carefully created from old vines (30 years), planted in the best Bordeaux “terroirs”. A low yield, a chalky-clay soil, appropriate vinifi cation and traditional ageing in oak barrels, have come together in this blend which combines fullness and elegance. Very attractive ruby-tinted color with bright highlights. Density and depth of color. The aromas are complex and racy. Hints of vanilla and toast accompany fresh, fruity scents: blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry. On the palate, silky tannins give the wine a velvety character and a full, long-lasting fi nish with touches of fruit and oak.
